Kram Appointed to Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities Committee

Michael Kram, MP for Regina-Wascana, today responded to the recent announcement of his appointment to the House of Commons Standing Committee on Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities.

“I am honoured that Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole has appointed me to the House of Commons Standing Committee on Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities. This wide-ranging committee will allow me to have greater input into the survival of Saskatchewan’s airports, getting our province’s commodities to tidewater and securing funding for infrastructure projects,” said Kram.

Kram also added, “Many thanks to my colleagues, of all party stripes, on the International Trade Committee for teaching me the ropes of committee work. I wish them all the best in their ongoing vitally important work for this country.”

The other Conservative MPs on the Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities Committee include Stephanie Kusie and Gerald Soroka of Alberta, Doug Shipley of Ontario, as well as yet-to-be-named MPs from the other parties.
